Villa A offers two spacious bedrooms and queen beds. The primary bedroom has a private balcony, a bathroom with a custom walk-in shower, and a private toilet area. The second bedroom also has a queen bathroom ensuite.

You can come as a couple and have your choice of either bedroom or as 4 people and have both bedrooms - select the correct number of people, and the correct rate will be determined. The entire unit is approximately 1100 square feet; the kitchen spills into the living room with a very open floor plan, half bath and a 55” smart tv.

Villa B & C offers one spacious bedroom, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen-size pullout sofa bed. Each has a dresser with a mirror and a 55” smart tv. One bathroom with a custom walk-in shower easily accessible from either bedroom. This entire unit is approximately 600 square feet.

Are you a Fisherman or water sports enthusiast? We have extra parking for vehicles, boats, jet skis & personal watercraft. Parking is available for Winter Texans/ Snowbirds including Large RVs and extra vehicles.

GRAVITY PARK: A short walking distance to Gravity Park. An adventure and amusement park on South Padre Island, Texas. The attractions include The Tallest Reverse-Bungee in the world (The Rocket), A Skycoaster (Giant Swing) with a view of the whole island, a multi-level Adult Go-Kart track, and a children’s Go-Karts, Mini-Golf, a 60-foot Ferris Wheel, a Trampoline Ride, an Arcade, and a Climbing Wall!

Absolutely no smoking inside ($500 fee)

No parties or events and no candles.

Be courteous to the neighbors.   

• The only pets allowed are dogs; no cats are allowed. Dogs must be disclosed and approved by the owner.
• The Pet Fee is per pet with a limit of 2. Any waste outside must be picked up and disposed of
  properly. No dogs on furniture, sofa, chairs , bed or pool.
• The primary guest must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay and is
  responsible for all costs incurred with damages and mitigation if cost exceeds $500.
• No overnight guest other than those listed when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be fined $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
• All guests are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating the terms of this agreement. No refunds will be given.
• Do not move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside. 
• No wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds or carpet/rugs.
• Any loss or damages are to be reported immediately. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. Any damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or deducted from your deposit.
• The City of South Padre Island has a noise ordinance (Section 12-2) quiet hours between 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. No loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
